Thank you for shopping at Artesanías Jiménez. These are our simple store rules:

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the store, which depends on the country you are browsing from. The currency charged is the one displayed at checkout, and the amount is the one you see on screen at that moment.

Handmade pieces

Images are representative. As these are handmade pieces, there may be slight variations in color, finish, or measurements compared to the photograph; this is part of the product's nature and gives each piece character.

Warranty

Each piece leaves the workshop after inspection. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or resolve it according to our returns policy.

Returns

See the full conditions in our Returns Policy. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind.

Invoice

We issue CFDI invoices. Request yours after your purchase with your tax information and order number. More information at CFDI Invoicing.
